The Unmasked Webinar

Who is the victim now?

Dating feels broken. Men blame women. Women blame men. Both are exhausted. This webinar is a conversation about what happens when we stop pointing fingers and start getting curious.

The Unmasked Webinar

Why This Webinar. Right Now.

Both men and women are stuck in a victim mindset. Men are told they have no power. Women are told they can't trust men. Both sides point at the other gender and say "look how much worse it is for us." And because both are insisting on being the victim, nobody is actually being heard.

The Menosphere creates content for desperate men saying women have all the advantage. Women see rage content saying men are toxic. Both sides are hardening. Both sides are tired.

And while we're stuck in this blame, nothing moves. Dating gets harder. We stop listening. We perform instead of connect. The more we do that, the more we believe the other gender is the enemy.

Men and women aren't enemies. They're just people stuck in their own trauma stories. Men trapped in stories about not being good enough. Women trapped in stories about not being able to trust.

The moment you stop blaming and start getting curious, everything shifts. The moment you see the other person as someone who's also struggling, also trying, also human, connection becomes possible again.

That's what this webinar is. A room where we stop the blame and start the conversation.

Stop Blaming

You'll understand why both genders are stuck pointing fingers. And more importantly, how to step out of that pattern. It's not about blame. It's about seeing clearly.

Learn Real Skills

Authentic Relating and Nonviolent Communication aren't theories. They're skills you'll practice in 90 minutes. Skills you can use on your next date. Tools for actual connection.

Be Yourself

No performance. No protecting. No games. This is a space where vulnerability is strength. Where the other gender isn't the enemy. They're a human being, just like you.

Silja

Hi. I'm Silja.

Since 2022 I've run over 100 workshops across six countries. I watch strangers move from small talk to something real. I'm a certified Embodiment Coach and Authentic Relating facilitator.

I'm also 37, been single for a long time, and genuinely tired of how we're dating right now.

I don't have all the answers. I have real questions. I have a lot of experience watching people connect and fail to connect. And I have a belief that something can shift.

I want to create spaces where we stop blaming each other and start getting curious again. Where the other gender is seen as an ally, not an enemy. Where people can show up authentically on dates and have real experiences.

That's what this is.

90 Minutes. Two Genders. No Blame.

Just real people getting curious about what dating could be if we stopped fighting and started listening.
