Unmasked

A free online workshop for men and women who are tired of swiping, small talk, and surface connections that fizzle in a week.

In 2.5 hours, practice what hundreds of swipes never taught you: how to genuinely connect, face to face.

Unmasked is an evening where you laugh, feel seen, discover something new about yourself and remember what real connection between men and women feels like.

Why This Space Exists

You're tired of modern dating culture.

Swiping and small talk.

Surface connections that disappear when someone leaves the city.

Always performing, never really being seen.

And offline?

We've forgotten how to connect without apps telling us who to like.

How to express attraction honestly.

How to say "no" without ghosting.

How to sit with the discomfort of real contact.

The result:

Men and women talk about each other online but rarely talk with each other in real life, without defending, strategizing, or performing.

Meanwhile:

  • Many men don't know how threatening or invasive certain experiences feel for women

  • Many women don't know how deeply men experience rejection, invisibility, or inadequacy

  • Both are exhausted, lonely in cities full of people, and wondering if anyone else feels this too

This workshop is an experiment:

Can we figure out how to relate again, authentically, without scripts, without the apps?

About Silja

Silja is an Embodiment Coach and Authentic Relating Facilitator who creates spaces where people remember how to connect, honestly, awkwardly, and without the performance.

After years of feeling lonely in cities full of people, she discovered Authentic Relating in 202o. It changed everything. Since 2022, she's facilitated over 100 workshops across Germany, Portugal, Estonia, and Bulgaria.

The track record: People don't just leave feeling seen, they leave with their best friends, their community, and sometimes their partners. Many return year after year because they've experienced what real connection can do.

Her approach: No scripts, no fixing, no spiritual bypassing. Just honest conversations and exercises that help you see your patterns while dating, without judgment, with plenty of awkward moments included.

Voices from my last events

  • Amazing to have the space to feel safe and feel how others see and experience life. Eye opening!

  • I had deep insights into myself

  • I really liked the opportunity to see behind the curtain of people’s minds.

  • Telling our deepest thoughts is very liberating.

  • I felt save enough to embrace the awkward feeling

  • Being able to connect with other entrepreneurs and have deeper conversations and learn at a deeper level

What Makes This Different

This isn't a dating event. It's not speed dating. It's not about "getting someone."

This is practice.

Practice for:

  • Having deeper conversations instead of sticking to superficial chat

  • Being honest about what you want, without apology, without scripts

  • Learning how to trust (especially if dating has made that really hard)

  • Discovering something new about yourself, not just "finding a partner"

No pickup tactics. No "dark feminine energy" performance. No masculinity scripts.

Just real listening, honest expression, and the freedom to show up without a mask.

You'll explore:

  • How you actually show up with the opposite sex (not how you think you should)

  • What happens when you stop performing and just... be

  • How to navigate attraction, boundaries, and rejection, in your body, not in your head
