Connect in Tallinn!
Authentic relating game night
At an authentic relating game night, you foster genuine connections, boost empathy, see the world through new perspectives, and understand yourself and others on a deeper level, transforming the way you communicate and connect.
Authentic relating creates a secure, thoughtful environment that fosters meaningful and joyful connections with oneself and others, grounded in play and supported by clear boundaries.
You can break your conditioned relational behaviors and learn to relate to yourself and others from a deeper, more true expression of your truth by mastering authentic relating skills.
You'll be guided through exercises that will help you develop a connection with yourself and learn to be comfortable in your own skin so that you can connect with others authentically.
Simply said, this is a place where you can practice being human.

About Silja
Silja is an embodiment coach and authentic relating facilitator from Germany, who is spending her summer in Tallinn, Estonia, and her winters in Lagos, Portugal.
Having struggled with isolation and loneliness for much of her life, Silja found relief in authentic relating. This practice helped her understand and overcome the patterns that hindered her from forming close connections.
She loves to create spaces for people who want to challenge their conditioning and beliefs and create a new way of relating with each other.
